If you did not see a confirmation number at the end of the checkout process, an order was not completed. Double check your email (and spam or junk folders) if you haven't received an order confirmation. If you have a JUUL account, please log into to review your order history. A declined transaction may appear as a pending charge (pre-authorisation). This can take between 5-10 business days before it is removed by your bank or card provider.
